Policies and procedures

Before

  • The amount that was agreed upon by the client and NelRose Creations must be paid in full before the photoshoot begins. The final payment can be paid on the day of the scheduled session, but the transfer of money must happen before the session can begin.
  • If the client is paying in installments (or pays the whole amount before the session date) and has to cancel their session, they will be given the option of transferring their payments to a different session or receiving a refund. There is a $50 non-refundable charge for any cancellations.
  • Unless it is due to an emergency, the client must give NelRose Creations 1 week of notice if they wish to reschedule, or cancel, their photoshoot.
  • If NelRose Creations needs to reschedule the photoshoot, the client may choose between rescheduling the session or a full refund.

During

  • If the client is late to the scheduled photoshoot, and does not notify NelRose Creations, the time will be deducted from the session. Unless it is due to an emergency, the client must notify NelRose Creations 1 hour before the photoshoot if the client is aware they will be late.
  • NelRose Creations holds the right to cancel the session if the client is 15 minutes late to the photoshoot. In the case that payments have been made towards the session, no refund will be made.
  • In the case of weather changes, the photoshoot will either be rescheduled, or canceled, by NelRose Creations. If the photoshoot has already begun, the rescheduled session will be without charge.

After

  • Once the photoshoot is over there will be no refunds issued.
  • NelRose Creations will send the portfolio to the client before sharing the pictures online. If the client does not want the pictures shared online, they must inform NelRose Creations.
  • The clients gallery will be available for the client to download on NelRose Creations website for 1 month after the session date.
  • NelRose Creations promises to not share any pictures of a child's (minors) face unless it is blurred. Pictures of children facing away from the camera will also be shared. If the client does not want any images shared they must notify NelRose Creations when they sign their contract.

Gift card purchases


Once a gift card has been purchased, there is a $75 non-refundable charge for any of the following reasons:

  • Cancellation
  • The gift card is not used

If the client is paying in installments, the client has 2 months from the original purchase date to pay the full amount. No photoshoot can be booked until the full amount is paid.
